We have employees from all over the world, but our primary office is based in Brooklyn, New York.

 

How do I cancel my account or change my package?

While we can't understand why you wouldn't want your social media platform to grow, we can understand wanting to upgrade your plan to reach more people. Either way we want to help and make the process as easy as possible, simply contact us at support@amplifysocial.media and we will be glad to help you adjust your plan.

 

So how does Social Grow actually work?

We don't want to give away our secret sauce, but for the most part it's a pretty simple manual process. Twitter allows you to follow up to 1,000 people a day and Instagram 60 each hour. We manually "copy follow" other account's followers with similarities to your account or use keywords. We do this with the hopes that those you follow will follow you back knowing that they have a similar interest and are active on these social networks. Depending on how similar the accounts are, generally 10-20% of these followers follow you back. We use some complex technologies to make sure we copy follow the most active followers, but for the most part it's all hustle. We want to hustle growing your platform so that you can hustle in creating the best content to engage your growing audience.

 

Is there any way to setup a Social Grow account without giving you my Twitter or Instagram password?

Unfortunately, there is not. To have the access we need to grow your account, we have to have this information. You are obviously free to change it at any time and will never post on your behalf or change anything on the account other than the number of people you follow and that follow you.

 

Do Amplify Social Media's Social Grow services violate any Twitter or Instagram policies?

Nope! While you can buy fake Twitter and Instagram followers all over the internet, they're just that, fake. These tactics violate both Twitter and Instagram's policies, but we are working closely in line with their policies to make sure our clients maximize the limits of their accounts without violating any policy that will negatively effect their account.
